Lets start right away with the most important news: We will have our next Stammtisch this week, on November 26 at 6:30 pm at Johann's Restaurant (Julius Raab-Strasse). Free drinks will be sponsored by the the IEEE Austria Section CAS/SSC Joint Societies Chapter. Thanks in advance to Gernot Hueber, the chair of this chapter! Moreover Gernot will give us an introduction to his chapter and the exciting things they are doing, we hope for interesting discussions too! Other than that: A lot has been going on lately! The executive committee has been transfered to a bunch of fresh, motivated members and we hope for another exciting year for our student branch to come! Thanks again for the founding fathers and mothers (-> gender goes IEEE in English) who created our student branch and served the first term! A protocol of the general assembly, held on 11/11 will be available shortly.
We already have some ideas of what we would like to organize, but we also rely on your valued ideas. Got any ideas for field trips, sponsors, services, ...? We would very much appreciate to hear them via mail or directly at the IEEE Student Branch Stammtisch!

Starten wir gleich mit dem Wichtigsten: Wir haben diese Woche am Donnerstag den 26. November einen Stammtisch im Johann's (Julius Raab-Strasse). Die Getränke werden diesmal gesponsort vom IEEE Austria Section CAS/SSC Joint Societies Chapter. Danke vielmals an Gernot Hueber, den Chair dieses Chapters! Darüber hinaus wird uns Gernot eine Einführung in sein Chapter geben und uns über die spannenden Dinge erzählen, die sie machen. - Wir hoffen auf interessante Diskussionen! Versäume nicht diese exzellente Change um bei gelöster Athmosphäre und freien Getränken Spaß zu haben, neue Dinge zu erfahren und neue Leute kennzulernen!

Auch sonst hat sich noch einiges getan in letzer Zeit! Die Führung ist mit neuen, motivierten Mitgliedern besetzt worden und wir hoffen auf ein spannendes nächstes IEEE Student Branch Jahr! Danke nochmal vielmals an unsere Gründungsväter und -mütter (gender goes IEEE) die unseren Verein gegründet und im ersten Jahr begleite haben! Ein Protokoll der Generalversammlung vom 11/11 wird bald erhältlich sein.
Wir haben bereits einige Ideen, die wir umsetzten möchten, brauchen aber auch eure Ideen! Hab ihr einen guten Draht für Exkursionen, Sponsoren oder Ideen für Services dir wir anbieten sollten, ...?
